Contact us immediately if a submitted name, date or message must be corrected.<\/p>\n<h2>Non-personalized ready-made products<\/h2>\n<p>Contact us within 14 days of delivery about an unused, non-personalized ready-made product. It must be returned in original condition and packaging after return approval.<\/p>\n<h2>Damage or production error<\/h2>\n<p>Inspect the package promptly. Report carrier damage or a production error within 5 days of delivery with the order number, packaging photos and clear photos of the product so we can assess a repair, replacement or claim.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellations and return shipping<\/h2>\n<p>A cancellation is possible only before materials or production are committed.
