Changes to construction, wood, dimensions, graphics, resin or lighting require a separate confirmed quote.<\/p>\n<h2>Proof approval<\/h2>\n<p>Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, dimensions and layout in the supplied proof. Production begins only after required approval and payment or deposit.<\/p>\n<h2>Natural materials and previews<\/h2>\n<p>Wood grain, colour, knots and live edges naturally vary. Screen previews are references, not exact colour proofs. Handmade dimensions can vary slightly where material character or construction requires it.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing, payment and delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Quoted pricing is valid for the stated period and scope. Product HST is not added under the current tax status. Carrier shipping may include tax charged on that service.
