Returns, changes & cancellations

Because many Creative Oasis products are made or personalized for one customer, return eligibility depends on the product and production status.

Personalized and custom products

Personalized, engraved, made-to-order and approved custom products are final sale once production begins. Contact us immediately if a submitted name, date or message must be corrected.

Non-personalized ready-made products

Contact us within 14 days of delivery about an unused, non-personalized ready-made product. It must be returned in original condition and packaging after return approval.

Damage or production error

Inspect the package promptly. Report carrier damage or a production error within 5 days of delivery with the order number, packaging photos and clear photos of the product so we can assess a repair, replacement or claim.

Cancellations and return shipping

A cancellation is possible only before materials or production are committed. Approved discretionary returns exclude original and return shipping unless Creative Oasis confirms an error.
