Shipping, pickup & local delivery

Orders are fulfilled from Beeton, Ontario. Shipping is available within Canada only, with free workshop pickup and eligible local delivery.

Free local pickup

Choose free pickup at checkout. We will contact you when the order is ready and arrange a pickup appointment at the Beeton workshop.

Eligible local delivery

Local delivery is free only within the workshop’s approved service area. Confirm eligibility before ordering; addresses outside that area use pickup or carrier shipping.

Canada-only carrier shipping

Carrier shipping is calculated from the packaged product’s size, weight, destination and selected service. Oversized, live-edge and fragile pieces may require a confirmed delivery quote.

Shipping charges and timing

Any tax applied to a carrier shipping charge is included in the shipping amount paid with the purchase. Production time is separate from transit time; tracking is provided when the carrier supports it.
