These terms explain ready-design purchases, custom quotes, approvals, natural materials, payment and delivery.

Ready designs and custom quotes

A ready design includes the shown standard layout, material and size with limited wording changes. Changes to construction, wood, dimensions, graphics, resin or lighting require a separate confirmed quote.

Proof approval

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, dimensions and layout in the supplied proof. Production begins only after required approval and payment or deposit.

Natural materials and previews

Wood grain, colour, knots and live edges naturally vary. Screen previews are references, not exact colour proofs. Handmade dimensions can vary slightly where material character or construction requires it.

Pricing, payment and delivery

Quoted pricing is valid for the stated period and scope. Product HST is not added under the current tax status. Carrier shipping may include tax charged on that service. Ownership and risk transfer according to the confirmed pickup or carrier delivery method.
